Salary: up to AED 6K depending on qualification and experience plus company vehicle and incentives
Employment TYPE: Full-time- Represent the company in an ethical and respectful manner
- Interface with the military personnel at all levels
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the project
- Actively participate in daily briefings and meetings, sends daily report to the client.
- Coordinate inventory and orders of stocks for consumables
- Manage all tasks related to storage, tools, logistics, delivery of supplies, etc.
- Transport/drive the assigned vehicle to assigned locations
- Handle employees and client\'s concerns and react quickly with positive approach
- Full responsibility and compliance of Safety and Security policies at the site
- Ability to foster business opportunities on site
- Coordinate all tasks with the head office in Dubai and management
- Manage credit card transactions for special purchases
- Provide direction to onsite teams and suppliers
- Control critical/emergency situations and seek immediate resolutions while ensuring minimum disruption to the business
- Ensure alignment of standards to comply with the military requirements to achieve all SLA\'s and KPI\'s
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that
