Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Planning Engineer with specialized experience in infrastructure, villas, towers, pipelines, chambers, and related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling and cost controlling activities related to infrastructure, roads, services lines, and MEP packages. This role involves preparing comprehensive monthly reports to track progress throughout project durations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software, ensuring alignment with project milestones and objectives.

Implement effective cost control measures to monitor project expenditures against budgets.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scheduling and timely completion of activities.

Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare and present monthly progress reports highlighting key achievements, challenges, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout all stages of project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience of 5-8 years as a Planning Engineer in the UAE, with a focus on infrastructure, villas, towers, pipelines, chambers, and MEP packages.

Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 is essential.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is advantageous.

Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the UAE.

Experience in preparing and managing monthly progress reports for large-scale construction projects.
