•Responsibilities: •
• Organize, maintain and update office records and documentation.
• Ensure all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible and compliant with company policies.
• Manage the distribution, archiving and retrieval of documents.
• Assist in scheduling and planning operational tasks and activities.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations and project plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Handle correspondence and communication related to operations.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements for document management.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission or filing.
•Qualifications and Skills: •
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience in operations or planning within a similar industry, preferably in Heavy Equipment, Machinery, or Construction sectors
• Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in document control, office administration or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•Final salary will be decided after the interview and Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by the company. •
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
