•Responsibilities: •
- Support daily operations within the logistics department.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient logistics processes.
- Manage documentation and paperwork for shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide assistance to senior operations executives as needed.
•Requirements: •
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, Hindi ,Malayalam knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
