Responsibilities: - Follow up with team members on pending tasks and activities. - Organize and maintain office files and documents. - Remind the team of deadlines and upcoming tasks and activities. - Log and track work activity on Excel. - Assist with administrative tasks like managing emails and preparing documents. - Maintain office organization and perform light cleaning. Requirements: - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite. - Willing to learn. - Working hours: 11 am to 11 pm, 6 days per week.
