JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

We, BKLER Dubai is one of the leading Heavy Equipment Rental company in UAE established in 2002, with branch offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah catering to the Equipment requirements of Construction, Marine, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing & Trading industries. We have a fleet of nearly 100 equipment which includes mobile cranes, excavators, JCB, Shovel etc. We are looking for Junior Mechanical Engineer candidate (Age 25 to 45 years) for Workshop Coordination.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•You will be responsible to create and update daily breakdown statement of all the equipment. Coordinate with the workshop team & Actively participate in mechanical repairs and the maintenance of fleet (Construction Equipment's like Excavator, JCB, Shovel etc)

•Should have basic knowledge of Mechanical Equipment maintenance (Breakdown, corrective, Preventive), and oversee the repair and maintenance of Heavy equipment's to ensure that they are well maintained & in a safe working condition

•Need to be well aware about all the equipment breakdowns and pending works and have to provide the details of such reports to the mechanical in charge and thus to ensure all the pending works in the workshop is noticed by the concerned staff in a timely manner.

•To do all kinds of administrative and clerical job relating to workshop including Equipment maintenance checklist, Preventive maintenance report, keep track of Inventory for tires, lubricants and various parts and procurement of the same.

•As our Equipment's/ Vehicles are working 24x7, have to organize the mechanical activities/workshop functions accordingly and have to reserve the basic parts as inventory to ensure around the clock service to customers without delay.

•Ensure regular maintenance activities are followed based on service reports and equipment usage hours report in cost effective way and at fast pace.

•Handle the procurement by identify parts requirement, find different vendors, get quotations, make comparison, negotiate, purchase the parts and maintain inventory details effectively.

•You need to monitor and maintain all equipment at optimum performance and be alert of any rough handling of equipment or damages.

•Effectively communicate with site in charge, operators, mechanics, drivers, suppliers to ensure that the workshop activities are running smoothly during mobilization, hire duration and demobilization.

•Coordinator shall be responsible for transportation schedule, monitoring vehicles, keeping them in good working condition, utilize maintenance and repair resources effectively.

•Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Google Sheets and office administration.

Desired profile of the candidate

# Candidate who is having minimum 3 yrs of Workshop/Maintenance experience.(UAE or Home country)

# Knowledge of heavy equipment/heavy vehicles.

# The ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results in a timely manner

# Flexible in terms of work schedule.

# Working knowledge of English and Hindi

Education: Diploma, Graduation in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

Salary: AED 2,500- 4,500 per month

License: UAE License will be an added advantage
