Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Legal Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate law, finance and regulatory frameworks.
Job Location: Dubai Marina
Work Timings: Monday to Friday - 09 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications and Experience
• Be UK-qualified lawyer with 1-3 years of experience.
• Have familiarity with corporate law, finance and regulatory frameworks.
• Possess excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal counsel on corporate matters, contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on UAE regulatory changes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with FinTech/Crypto regulations.
• Business development skills.
• International law firm experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED18,000.00 per month
