Job Description
Job Title: Junior LawyerReporting to: Senior Legal AssociateOur Client is a full-service law firm established in 2007 in the UAE, specialized in providing advises and supports for local, regional, and international clients across various legal areas. Their reputable services include Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, and Dispute Resolution & Litigation. they are currently looking or a Junior Lawyer to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.- Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, including due diligence and documentation.- Provide legal support and advice on a wide range of legal matters.- Conduct legal research and analysis.- Liaise with clients and other parties as required.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree from a recognized institution. Masters degree is a plus- 3-5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.- Strong experience in commercial contracts, agreements, and Mergers & Acquisitions.- Arabic speaking is highly preferable but not a must.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package (based on UAE Labor Law)- Opportunity to work with a highly regarded law firm.- Professional development and career advancement opportunities.
