Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Junior Landscape Architect** to join our team! In this role you will have the opportunity to develop landscape architecture designs for public realm, roadways, public parks, planning and infrastructure projects.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities under supervision of the Landscape Architect and Senior Landscape Architect.

+ Independently performs a wide variety of conventional and complex assignments by applying landscape architecture design standards, practices, and techniques which requires a fundamental knowledge of landscape, planting and irrigation design, and aesthetics.

+ Use independent judgment in developing original designs and is proficient in the utilization of standard landscape architectural techniques.

+ Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting landscape architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports. Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.

+ Develops design solutions and prepares high quality presentation drawings, renderings, 3D models and animations with the assistance of other team members.

+ Provides technical guidance to CADD Designer/Drafters working on the same project.

+ Prepares technical packages from concept design, through detailed design to tender and contract documentation.

+ Ability to prepare design reports, submissions and responses to client review comments.

+ Provides support and production assistance to team members.

+ Completes other duties as assigned.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in landscape architecture required. Other related experience not accepted.

+ Minimum 3 years relevant landscape design experience.

+ Preferably with the design work experience in Qatar, UAE, KSA or Middle East.

+ Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD / Civil 3D.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Proficient graphic capabilities in both Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop), Land F/X, SketchUp and Lumion is required.

+ Shall be a self-motivated individual who is able to take responsibility and demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks with strong hand graphic and design skills.

+ Ability to write technical documents and correspondence.

+ Good spoken and written English language is a must.
