Job Overview
Pioneer Cement Industries is looking for a
Junior IT Help Desk Supporter
to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in
Windows & Linux administration, networking, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support
- Assist employees with hardware and software issues.
Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve IT problems, escalating as needed.
Software Installation & Configuration
- Install, update, and configure software with security compliance.
Hardware Maintenance
- Maintain and repair computers, peripherals, and IT devices.
User Account Management
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
Documentation
- Keep detailed records of IT issues and resolutions.
Remote Support
- Provide technical assistance to remote users.
Collaboration
- Work with the IT team to improve support processes and IT infrastructure.
