Key Responsibilities

:

Research & Analysis

: Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, industry trends, and specific investment opportunities (stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.).

Data Collection

: Collect and organize financial data, including historical performance, market conditions, and relevant economic indicators.

Financial Modeling

: Assist in building and updating financial models to evaluate the potential performance of investment opportunities.

Reports & Presentations

: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize research findings and recommendations for senior analysts and management.

Portfolio Monitoring

: Monitor the performance of existing investments, tracking key metrics and reporting on portfolio performance.

Due Diligence

: Assist in the due diligence process for new investments, including reviewing financial statements, forecasts, and other relevant documents.

Collaboration

: Work closely with senior investment professionals and other departments to gain insights and support the investment decision-making process.

Market Updates

: Stay up-to-date with the latest market developments, economic reports, and investment news to provide valuable insights.

Administrative Tasks

: Provide general administrative support to the investment team, including organizing documents, maintaining databases, and scheduling meetings.

Financial Modeling Support

: Help build and update financial models under the guidance of senior analysts to evaluate potential investment returns and risks.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field. 1 - 3 Years experience in the similar field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.) is a plus. Basic understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and investment concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
