Greet and assist clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming showroom experience.
Handle incoming telephone inquiries and direct them appropriately.
Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, tidiness, and overall visual appeal.
Ensure all sample displays, shade cards, and product catalogues are well-organized and replenished as needed.
Administrative & Office Management
Maintain records of office and showroom supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
Keep track of showroom inventory, including product samples and promotional materials.
Organize and manage documentation, including filing, record-keeping, and report preparation.
Support the Business Development Manager in scheduling meetings, training sessions, and events.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and official correspondence as required.
Financial & CRM Management
Assist in managing bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial transactions for the unit.
Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate client and project information.
Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Event & Meeting Coordination
Plan and organize client presentations, showroom events, "Lunch & Learn" sessions, and product training workshops.
Assist in coordinating logistics for in-house and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in showroom administration, office management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of interior design, furnishings, and space planning is an advantage.
UAE driving license .
