Job Description

UAE experienced Junior Interior designer/Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design works, must have experience in joinery and production drawings, shop drawing etc.

AutoCAD 2D, 3Ds max, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe creative Suit.

Preparation of BOQ, BOM (bill of materials), cutting list etc.

Strong design and drawing skills, proficiency in CAD software, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of construction materials and techniques are essential.

Meeting with clients to determine their design preferences and needs.

Creating interior design concepts and plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.

Selecting furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories to enhance the space.

Collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure design plans align with the overall construction.

Overseeing the installation of design elements and coordinating with contractors.

Keeping up-to-date with design trends and industry developments.

Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations related to interior spaces.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field is typically required.
• Work experience or internships in interior design firms are beneficial.
• Strong creativity and an eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations pertaining to interior design.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
