The work we do here matters.Department Overview At Motorola Solutions we are helping solve some of the biggest challenges around safety and physical security by developing products that are used to help keep people, businesses, and cities around the world safer.Motorola Solutions Dubai office hosts a state-of-the-art innovation center designed to demonstrate to our esteemed customers from the various sectors, how Motorola Solutions build and connect technologies to help protect people, property and places, enabling critical collaboration between public safety agencies and enterprises for a proactive approach to safety and security.The innovation center receives visitors from AMEA region and from other regions, and the visitors are from various sectors in the industry: Public Safety, Military, Oil & Gas, Education, Utilities and others. This position is within the presales System Engineering department focusing on Dubai innovation center. As an Innovation Center System engineer you have to:

• Administrative items including task assignment processes, calendar planning and backfill.
• Work actively on multiple technologies including Mission Critical Communications, Video Security and Access Control and Command and Control applications.
• Have the ability to learn about the different technologies, install them, maintain them, upgrade them and demonstrate them to the center visitors.
• Manage the innovation center administrative items including visits scheduling, task assignment processes, calendar planning, internal sessions planning and special events support.
• Continuously monitor and manage the innovation center systems and networks health
• Collaborate with the product teams to keep the systems up to date and deploy the new technologies as soon as they are launched.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and lead technical discussions.
• Articulate the technology and demonstrate differentiated value propositions to both business and technical prospects.
• Effectively disseminate product knowledge by providing thorough training to the Sales Team

Basic Requirements

• English and Arabic speaking (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated and focused individual with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction.
