This is a permanent and full-time position which offers a fantastic opportunity to join a unique global leader and be part of an on-going success story.About the role:The Junior Consultant will support the team in an administrative capacity and will also be exposed to a full range of global corporate immigration work.Key responsibilities will include:Drafting and amending support letters for multitude of visa applicationsCompleting and amending on-line application formsAssisting with new client engagements by drafting engagement lettersSetting up and updating case files on internal case management systemScheduling visa appointments including arranging and tracking payment of application fees and liaising with third party agents via telephone and email, as requiredDrafting cover letters and memos for client direct use as per strict deadlinesData management using Excel as required by the team (tracking payments, updating spreadsheet, etc.)Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions, as neededCommunicating with colleagues at all levels as required by business needsAble to effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished mannerTakes on additional projects as required by business needsFollows firm procedures with respect to file maintenance, record keeping and use of case management systemUpdates case management system in real timeArchives paper files consistently and regularlyAbout you:Ideally you will have previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role. Oral and written fluency in English is required.
