Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated

Junior HSE Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct HSE training programs, develop training materials, and facilitate safety sessions at various industrial sites. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring trainees in compliance with international HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive HSE training sessions to professionals across multiple industries. Develop and enhance training materials to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Ensure trainees understand and implement workplace safety protocols effectively. Conduct safety assessments and provide recommendations for improvement. Mentor and guide junior trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Stay updated on HSE regulations, policies, and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

Health & Safety and Safety Training skills NEBOSH certification Excellent Communication and Training skills Experience in conducting HSE training sessions Ability to mentor and coach junior trainees Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (Preferred)
