The Role
Core Responsibilities o Ensure the safety of employees, clients, equipment, and properties. o Provide safety training and awareness programs. o Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. o Organize and manage mock safety drills. o Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards. o Hold safety meetings to identify and solve safety issues. o Participate in HSE meetings, audits, and provide closeout reports. o Conduct safety inductions and review safety documentation. o Strive for proficiency in HSE skills and competencies.
Requirements
Background & Experience o Minimum 3 years' experience in HSE o NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) certification o Strong knowledge of HSSE principles, regulations, and best practices o Proficiency in HSE software and Microsoft Office
