Job Summary:
The Junior HR will support the Human Resources team in handling various HR-related tasks and administrative duties. This role is essential in assisting with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist in the hiring process.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and managing documentation for new hire
• Utilize ERP systems and HR software to track HR processes and maintain data accuracy.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR software and systems.
• Address routine HR inquiries from employees regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
• Generate and analyze reports from ERP and HR software to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Collect and verify attendance data, leave requests, and employee timesheets.
• Assist in processing payroll, including preparing data for the payroll team and ensuring accuracy in records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in handling payroll processes and maintaining employee records is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and HR software is an advantage.
Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using ERP and HR software for data management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Help in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Experience:
• HR Administration: at least 3 years
• only Arabic nationalist preferable
• MALE candidates only.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English proficiency .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
