- Assist in the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to conducting initial interviews.
- Performance Management and alignment with Managers for KPI obtainment
- Play a pivotal role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with UAE labor laws.
- Be an active participant in employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Help coordinate training and development programs that empower our employees to grow.
- Contribute to performance management processes, ensuring they are fair and drive high performance.
- Manage HR records with the utmost confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
- Engage in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of HR experience, with a solid understanding of the UAE labor market and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!).
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude that turns challenges into opportunities.
- A collaborative spirit that loves working in a team but can also fly solo when needed.
- A passion for HR and an eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
