You\'ll have the chance to dip your toes in various HR pools, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You\'ll be the friendly face that greets new joiners and the wise guru who helps guide their career paths within our company.Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to conducting initial interviews.
Performance Management and alignment with Managers for KPI obtainment
Play a pivotal role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with UAE labor laws.
Be an active participant in employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Help coordinate training and development programs that empower our employees to grow.
Contribute to performance management processes, ensuring they are fair and drive high performance.
Manage HR records with the utmost confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
Engage in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
What You Bring To The Table
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Up to 5 years of HR experience, with a solid understanding of the UAE labor market and legal requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!).
A proactive, problem-solving attitude that turns challenges into opportunities.
A collaborative spirit that loves working in a team but can also fly solo when needed.
A passion for HR and an eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
