The Role

We are looking for young HR to join our team. Job title - Junior HR Executive (Male candidate) Location - Dubai. Description o End to end Recruitment for Retail business o Support Team for all HR activity o Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department o Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves o Assist Senior HR in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration o Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews o Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees o Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries



Requirements

Requirement o 1-2years of experience in HR or Admin work o Willing to travel on & off o Immediate Joiner o Candidate must have strong communication skills o Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people's problems Immediate joiner required
