: Junior HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of all data.
• Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave requests, and notifications.
• Provide support in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Stay informed about UAE labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
