The Role
Graphic Design: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop visually appealing and consistent designs for marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualize and design product catalogues, brochures, and sales materials that showcase our range effectively for internal and external stakeholders as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create detailed and accurate POSM and packaging designs, considering aspects like dimensions, materials, and printing techniques, while focusing on the product\'s visibility, usability, and shelf impact as briefed by core brand teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create extended content development for digital, social and e-commerce as briefed by core brand and digital teams. UI/UX Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with UI/UX designers and internal product managers to help visualize wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for all digital platforms. Efficient Project Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with project managers and other team members to streamline workflow and ensure timely project completion while establishing SLA\xe2\x80\x99s. Data base process management \xe2\x80\xa2 Launch an internal \xe2\x80\x98Vault\xe2\x80\x99 to maintain database of clearly coded artworks, regulatory labels, and other advertising collateral.Requirements

• Min 3-4 years of practical experience in a similar domain & position \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in FMCG is strongly preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, and catalogue design, preferably within FMCG industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various platforms, including digital interfaces and printed materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a deep understanding of various packaging materials, finishes, and printing techniques commonly used in the FMCG industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
