As we continue to expand, we are looking to massively enhance our marketing presence and engage more effectively and proactively with our target audience. We are therefore seeking to onboard a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our soon to form marketing team.

Position Summary

As our inhouse Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brands and elevating our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to develop creative and strategic designs that resonate with our audience and reflect our industry-leading status. Some of your key responsibilities will be to create engaging visual content across various platforms, including our e-commerce websites, social media, print materials, and promotional videos. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop a cohesive brand strategy and enhance our content marketing efforts to enhance brand recall and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Experience and proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite to craft visually striking designs tailored for both digital and print media. Design informative infographics and data visualizations that translate intricate concepts into clear, engaging visuals. Take the lead in shooting and editing high-quality video content utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve etc. Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that reflect our brand's core messaging and values. Create user-centric e-commerce websites using platforms like Shopify etc, ensuring a seamless, responsive design that enhances user experience. Implement strategic conversion rate optimization techniques aimed at boosting sales and enhancing customer interaction. Apply a strong grasp of colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to your design work, ensuring that every piece is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally effective. Conceptualize and design a variety of promotional materials including brochures, banners, giveaways, and flyers while possessing a deep understanding of print production and packaging processes to ensure high-quality outcomes. Play an active role in developing a cohesive content marketing strategy that harnesses the power of visual storytelling. SEO Optimization for Visual Content: Optimize all visual content for search engines and create shareable graphics tailored for social media platforms. Regularly analyse the performance metrics of visual content, making data-driven adjustments to enhance its effectiveness. Collaborate closely with team members across departments to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and outcomes. Present design concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback to team members. Your ability to articulate ideas will strengthen team dynamics and creativity. Utilize project management tools to track progress, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Manage various projects simultaneously, maintaining a keen attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency throughout all deliverables. Create a range of graphic designs including logos, social media graphics, brochures, and business cards that communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Ensure that all design work aligns with established brand guidelines, particularly in producing catalogues, brochures, leaflets, and handbooks. Design and develop engaging visual content targeted at both business and consumer audiences, contributing to our overall marketing strategy. Apply hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, ensuring that visual content effectively supports our online retail objectives.
