Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop creative assets for a range of projects including website banners, social media content, email campaigns, print collateral (brochures, posters, catalogs), packaging, and in-store displays.
• Digital & Print Design: Produce high-quality digital assets for web and social media platforms, as well as print-ready files for catalogs, promotional materials, and packaging.
• Creative Concepting: Brainstorm, pitch, and refine new design concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Typography & Layout: Ensure effective use of typography, color, and composition to communicate the brand's story while appealing to our target audience.
• Stay Current on Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve in visual marketing.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools. Video editing, motion graphics, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles, with a focus on product or lifestyle photography, web design, print, and branding.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design, color, typography, and consistency, with the ability to balance creativity and practicality in design execution.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, able to take feedback and iterate designs effectively.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
