- Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support senior designers and marketing teams in creating engaging visuals that align with brand standards.
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative solutions for various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet the objectives.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously enhance design skills.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of prior experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) (Mandate)
- Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and an understanding of how design plays a role in engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to accept and apply feedback constructively.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
