: We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visual content for various projects, contributing to the overall visual identity and branding of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and production of digital and print materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with senior designers and team members to brainstorm ideas and create innovative designs.
- Support in the creation of social media graphics, website banners, and email templates.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for review.
- Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Maintain and organize design files and assets.
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and receptive to constructive criticism.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects and proficiency in design software.
