About the Role

The Junior German-Speaking Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in driving our business objectives forward by engaging with potential clients and promoting our services in German-speaking regions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our German clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to potential leads in the German-speaking market and nurture client relationships. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies targeted at German-speaking audiences. Coordinate and participate in business development initiatives, such as networking events and trade shows. Gather market insights and assist the team in evaluating business opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competition in the real estate sector. Provide administrative support to the business development team, enhancing overall efficiency.

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English is required. Strong communication and networking skills. A team player with a strong ability to work independently. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational capabilities. Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is an advantage. A genuine interest in the real estate industry and the German market.
