### Position Overview:



We are seeking a Junior Fintech Finance Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the fintech industry . The ideal candidate will have a background in financial management and reporting, with a meticulous attention to detail. This role requires a proactive individual who can support our financial goals and assist with various financial tasks. The candidate should be residing in the UAE.

Responsibilities:



• Handle CRM and client financial requests, including deposits and withdrawals, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of all financial transactions between banks, EMIs, and PSPs.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in the preparation of VAT returns, adhering to all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Generate monthly management accounts, providing timely and precise financial reporting.
• Assist in creating budget forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Prepare audit files for annual financial audits, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.
• Monitor banking and PSP financial transactions for accuracy.
• Aid in the calculation and processing of monthly commissions.
• Work with other departments to support and achieve financial objectives.
• Stay informed about financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Take on additional tasks as required to support the dynamic needs of the finance department.

• Must reside in the UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fintech industry.
• Experience managing banking and PSP (Payment Service Provider) operations.
• Demonstrated track record in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
