This role is responsible for supporting and assisting the Finance activities within MH Dubai including but not limited to revenue reporting, variance analysis, cash flow reporting, Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Cost of Sales (COS) analysis and annual budgets. This role is also responsible for supporting the functions strategic planning activities as well as assisting the implementation of efficient operational activities within the function to ensure the achievement of M42 assets strategic goals and objectives.Responsibilities
Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
Assist in revenue tracking, OPEX and COS reporting, and budget planning.
Prepare key operational reports including bed utilization, length of stay, and productivity metrics.
Analyze business cases for new medical equipment and cash price calculations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Ability to handle large datasets in excel and to manipulate the data in excel to generate analytical reports.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Must have at least 3 - 5 years of progressive career experience in a Financial healthcare function or similar.
Must possess a professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification.
Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
