Dubai, UAE SALARY: 12,000 AED - 12,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentThe Junior Finance Officer will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role requires a professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Transaction Processing: Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and records.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the investment or financial services industry.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
