The firm is owner-led and consists of a diverse team of 11-15 employees, with the founder actively involved in day-to-day operations to foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment.Role Overview:The Junior Finance Officer will play a vital role in supporting the finance department by managing day-to-day accounting works and ensuring the efficient execution of financial processes. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to grow their finance skills in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Accounting: Ensure maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
- Process Execution: Support the implementation and maintenance of financial processes to ensure efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare routine financial reports as directed from time to time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the incumbent of Finance & Accounting to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with policies.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic financial processes and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP-based systems
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Zoho Books
