Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Estimator cum AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. The Junior Estimator cum AutoCAD Draftsman will play a crucial role in accurately assessing project costs and preparing competitive bids for construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering, along with excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities
-Experienced in Residential Villas, Warehouses, Fitout works etc
- Knowledge about Local Authority Portals and Regulations
-Experienced in BOQ preparation, Cost Estimates, Negotiation, Variations, - Progressive invoices, Contractual Correspondence etc
-Experience in PRE & Post Contract stages.
-Experience in Handling subcontractors including Comparison of Quotes, -Analyzing the differences in quotes, Awarding of subcontract and Payment Certification.
-Research and evaluate material prices, labor costs, and equipment rental rates to ensure accurate estimations.
-Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals within specified deadlines.
-Participate in bid review meetings and provide insights to enhance bid competitiveness.

Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
-4-5 years minimum experience within UAE.
-Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
-Proficiency in using cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
