We are Hiring

Junior Engineer - Spare Parts to join our company in

Sharjah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of spare parts. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure required spare parts at competitive prices. Monitor stock levels and prepare orders to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Perform quality checks on spare parts to ensure compliance with industry standards. Support the engineering and maintenance teams by troubleshooting issues related to spare parts. Utilize ERP systems to track orders, update inventory records and generate reports. Liaise with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan for seasonal or project-specific requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in spare parts management and cost control.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.

- 1-2 years' Experience in spare parts, procurement or inventory management within a similar industry, preferably in Heavy Equipment, Machinery, Manufacturing or Construction sectors.

- Basic understanding of spare parts management, inventory control and procurement processes.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office and inventory software. Knowledge of automotive/machinery parts.

- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Final salary will be decided after the interview and Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
