Under the supervision of the EICA Manager and/or Engineering Project Manager, the EICA engineer develops design of water or wastewater treatment plants in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards and company procedures.


His/her main responsibilities/tasks are as follows:

• Assist in the design and development of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems, including control panels, MCC and PLC.
• Participate in the engineering deliverable including P&IDs, Load list, Instrument List, IO List, Cable List, instrument data sheet, hook-up drawing and SLD.
• Participate and assist in technical reviews meeting such as Design Review,
• Participate in the developing Specification & Vendor Offer review for EICA equipment (as per project specs and applicable codes & standards)
• Assist draftsmen to feed/review Layout, SLD, Wiring and related BOQs
• Analysis of the project specifications and codes requirements
• Preparation of the EICA basis design
• Supervise and review E&I draftsmen work
• Monitor the compliance of the design with specifications and applicable codes
• Communicate and interface with other engineering disciplines involved in the project
• Adhere to all safety regulation, policies and procedure
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills through professional development

Qualifications • Electrical and Control engineer degree
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar position or equivalent
• Basic Knowledge of electrical system design, instrumentation selection and automation.
