Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Emirati Junior Designer to join our team. This is an entry-level role suitable for a recent graduate or someone starting their design career. You will assist in creating attractive designs for various projects while learning about design principles, software, and industry standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Assistance: Support the design team in creating visuals, layouts, and graphics for both digital and print projects.
• Basic Graphic Tasks: Work on simple design tasks such as resizing images, creating social media posts, and applying text to visuals.
• Learning & Development: Take part in training sessions and stay updated with design software and trends to enhance your skills.
• Feedback Implementation: Make adjustments to designs based on team feedback and learn how to refine your work.
• File Organization: Maintain organized project files and assets for easy access and collaboration with the team.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• A good eye for detail and creativity.
• Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
• Passion for design and a basic understanding of Emirati culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recently completed a design degree or diploma.
• A small portfolio or examples of personal or academic design projects.
