Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist senior designers in creating and developing design concepts for various projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives

Create and deliver high-quality design assets, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts

Support the design team in maintaining brand consistency across all visual elements

Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to contribute fresh ideas

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality

Assist in the preparation and presentation of design materials to a client

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design templates and style guides

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

Excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines

Familiarity with various brands and suppliers in the design industry

Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and techniques offered by different brands and suppliers

Ability to collaborate with the procurement team to source design materials and products from trusted suppliers
