Job Description

:Key Responsibilities: * Client Engagement and Advisory Support:
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to understand their regulatory needs and provide insights on regulatory matters.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and deliverables.
  • Regulatory Analysis and Research:
  • Conduct in-depth research on relevant UAE regulations, industry standards, and international best practices.
  • Interact with different government bodies and free zone authorities to obtain answers to queries, obtain information and latest updates.
  • Analyze regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on clients' businesses.
  • Stay informed on evolving compliance requirements and support clients in preparing for regulatory audits.
  • Report Drafting and Documentation:
  • Draft clear, structured advisory reports and regulatory guidance documents that summarize key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and regulatory analysis reports tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Project Support and Coordination:
  • Support project managers in delivering regulatory consulting projects on time and within scope.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, and prepare regular project updates for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of client proposals and project plans.
  • Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory knowledge and best practices are shared across projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and optimize advisory solutions.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to deepen knowledge of regulatory trends and consulting methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm (Big 4 experience preferred), ideally within a regulatory or compliance role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks in the UAE.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of drafting high-quality reports.
  • Demonstrated client management skills, with the ability to handle client interactions and deliver advisory support.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in PowerPoint and Word for report drafting and presentations.
