JOB PURPOSE:ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified Junior Compliance Auditor to fill a vacancy within the Compliance Department.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carrying out internal/external audits under the direction of the Compliance Manager as per the Approved Audit Program.
• Carrying out supplier/vendor desktop audits.
• Liaising between various departments within the maintenance organisation to review technical manuals.
• Reviewing procedures and forms necessary to ensure adequate implementation of requirements and compliance to policy and legislation.
• Assisting departmental Managers and/or Supervisors with determining the process flows and descriptions of those responsibilities which eliminate conflicts between various departmental documents.
• Assisting in the management and administration of the Q-Pulse Management System particularly with administration of Audits and CAPA, checklists, reports and associated areas.
• Working within Q-Pulse data management system to approve company documentation.
• Assisting with investigations of lost tooling, incidents, hazards when required.
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external, regulations, rules and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which involved.

QUALIFICATIONS:Essential

• Two-years work experience as an Auditor in a CAR/Part 145 Maintenance Environment.
• A comprehensive understanding of the relevant aviation regulations, including those issued by the GCAA, EASA, etc.
• Knowledge of auditing techniques: planning, conducting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of human, factors, human performance, and limitations and safety management.
• Competence in conducting audits and inspections.
• Understanding of personnel authorisations and limitations.
• CAR/Part 145 Regulations, HF, FTS, SMS, EWIS, Auditing Techniques, Root Cause Analysis Methodologies Training.

Desirable

• Additional qualifications in quality assurance/compliance monitoring management.
• Holds an AME License or Degree/Diploma in aviation, engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of aircraft type(s)/component(s) maintained by EJME.
• Knowledge of Q-Pulse Management System.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, crucial for interacting with regulatory authorities, management, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, and other organisations within the aviation sector.

• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
