Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on villa and home maintenance and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage villa and home maintenance/renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine project requirements and scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in villa and home maintenance/renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Valid UAE driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Own Visa and Freelancer visa preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license and Dubai Municipality approved
• Experience with sustainable building practices and materials.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in residential construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver License (Preferred)
