Pre-selected candidate identified Summary of the job: Drive category growth by executing the J&J Vision Care marketing strategy across the GCC Duties & Responsibilities Main performance measures (Performance Goals) Execute the Customer, Trade and Shopper marketing activities in the GCC markets as defined in the annual marketing plan (including but not limited to leading the design and deployment of promotional activities, POS materials, instore visibility, and in-market activations). Work closely with: the ACUVUE Account Managers (AAMs) and Medical Account Managers (MAMs) to provide them with the tools and support needed to drive category growth the Key Account Manager in finalizing and executing the Key Account Marketing Plan for a select number of Key Account customers. the Professional Education & Development (PED) team to provide marketing support for the Professional activities and events in the region the ACUVUE brand manager in creating local or Arabizing regional marketing assets Lead the Contact Lens Service Package program by collaborating with internal J&J and agency teams to provide the tools and support to continuously optimize and drive strong performance for the program Manage the marketing material inventory at the Distributor hubs and 3PL warehouse Manage and track the budget allocated for category management initiatives. Other Key Initiatives: Work with MAMs and PED to drive the initiatives to increase category engagement in the Hospital and Clinics channel Provide the non-GCC Distributors with needed assets and marketing support
Experience & Style Fluent in English and Arabic Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred:
Consumer Goods or Medical Devices marketing experience Previous work experience in KSA Previous sales experience Other Job Specific Skills: (Must haves) Previous marketing experience 30% travel time- across KSA and GCC Able to work well with internal J&J stakeholders and teams as well as with external agencies to deliver objectives.
