GFLO INTERNATIONAL FZCO is currently looking to hire a Business Consultant and PRO (Public Relationship Officer) to join their Team within their Dubai Office.

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled PRO with experience of communicating with all Government authorities in the UAE (including all free zones authorities, ICP, MOHRE, DED, MInistry of Education, etc).

PRO's main responsibilities:

1) assistance with residency visas obtainment for investors, employees and their families (including Golden visas);

2) accompaniment for medical examination and biometrics for visa processing;

3) communication with various Government authorities;

4) management of company-related government documentation, including license renewals, establishment cards renewals, entry permits issuance, etc.;

5) communication with free zones and authorities for company setup purposes;

6) maintainance of accurate database of employees' and clients' documents and visa & EID copies;

7) communication with clients, provision of basic consultations regarding the procedures;

8) execution of other administrative tasks, if required;

Key requirements:

• At least 2 years of similar work experience in the UAE;
• Fluent English and Arabic (both spoken and written);
• Valid UAE Driving License (Our office is in DSO, no metro nearly, additionally you would have to visit governmental authorities often;
• Competent in using computers, including MS Word, Excel;
• ICP and DHA System: high expertise in medical and Emirates ID procedures;
• Experience with MOHRE, DED, Ministry of Education and other Government authorities' processes;
• Strong expertise in UAE labour law;
• High organisational, problem-solving and excellent communication skills (This is not just a basic copy paste requirement you see in other job posts. We are looking for somebody who is proactive, likes to learn new things, learns them quickly);
• Capability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
