Job PurposeThis role is responsible for driving and executing brand management tasks for skin care categories across the ME region. (S)he will steer skin care instore offline/online plans, accelerate cross-functional plans in close coordination with CU teams, control and manage brand budgets, and regularly conduct deep dives into the skin care category and track competition based on the latest available market/category retail audit information. (S)he will work closely with the rest of the skin care brand management team to ensure that the business is operationally well-positioned to maximize revenues, market share, and profits for skin care categories across MENA.Your TasksNielsen Deep Dives & Competition Tracking
Conduct one category deep dive per month using the Nielsen retail audit database for KSA & UAE.
Own planning, analysis, reporting, performance auditing, and identification of key areas of strength and development to boost action plans that drive market competitiveness.
Set up a competition tracking dashboard, updated frequently (monthly) across KSA & UAE, to understand key trends and moves in the marketplace.
Develop, grow, and optimize category deep dives and the competition tracking dashboard to increase effectiveness and consumer centricity.
Skin Care In-Market Deployment (Offline/Online)
Coordinate trade marketing and e-commerce topics, including GTM, packshots, NPD listing tracking, e-com PDPs, and LPs.
Conduct BA trainings and category inductions.
Develop, deploy, track, and monitor PR/influencer kits and results.
Skin Care X-Functional Plans
Provide S&OP support.
Assist with quarterly planning meetings with CU teams, including LVPs kick-off, follow-up, and closure.
Marketing Budget Adherence/Control/Management
Raise POs and invoices on time.
Track and maintain the budget ongoing with (S)BM and monthly budget tracking with Finance.
Close year-end budget spends, accruals, and provisions.
Your Profile
Bachelor\'s/Master\'s in Business Administration from a recognized university, preferably with a focus on Marketing.
Previous experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or shopper & customer marketing, specializing in fast-moving consumer goods, is a plus.
Excellent analytical and data-mining aptitude, coupled with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to combine detailed analysis with the big picture to generate compelling action plans. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work within critical timelines.
High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and SAP will be a plus.
Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
