Job Description

• Rapidly prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work efficiently to manage long lines and high customer volume.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the service and seating areas throughout the day.
• Educate customers on the drinks menu and make recommendations.
• Handle orders and payments.
• Barista Experience Requirements & Skills
• Prior experience as a Barista in a high-traffic cafe is advantageous. Familiarity with espresso machines, including maintenance and calibration, is essential, as well as proficiency in POS systems for seamless customer service
• Barista Education & Qualification Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Barista certification being a valuable asset. Candidates with formal coffee training or certifications, especially in espresso-making and latte art, will stand out
