Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Back Office Sales Support. This role requires someone who is not only proficient in sales analysis using Excel and data analytics tools but also ready to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in dual languages, particularly European or APAC languages, is considered a significant advantage for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough sales analysis using Excel, data analytics tools, or similar software to provide insights into sales performance and trends.
• Support sales managers with ad hoc tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases and CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Assist in coordinating sales activities and ensuring smooth customer interactions.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing sales documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in sales analysis using Excel, data analytics tools, or similar software.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in dual languages, particularly European or APAC languages, is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in sales support or a related role is advantageous.
