•Junior Architect (Mid-Level) •

•Role •

A highly motivated and talented •Junior Architect • managing specific projects & concept design development, drafting, and project documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in complex geometry and proficiency in the latest design software.

•Duties and Responsibilities •

• Collaborate with senior architects and design teams on a variety of projects, with a focus on the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs.
• Work on detailed facade designs, contributing to the visual and technical aspects of the project.
• Utilize latest software for 3D modelling and parametric design to create and refine complex architectural forms.
• Participate in design presentations and provide creative input.

•Qualities, Skills and Qualifications •

• •3-8 years' experience in architectural projects •, preferably in Dubai, UAE.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Strong technical and creative design skills, with the ability to think innovatively.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT / ArchiCAD, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation programs.
• Having Skills in both digital and hand-drawn sketching would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements
• knowledge of codes, regulations and submission requirements.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
