:As a Junior Architect, you will work alongside Senior Architects to support the design and development of both residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with design creation, drafting technical drawings, preparing 3D models, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of project documentation. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to the successful delivery of projects from concept to construction..Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and architectural plans.
Create and modify technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
Prepare construction documents and specifications in accordance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits for data collection and project analysis.
Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and software to enhance your professional skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in architecture or relevant internships.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for design and innovation.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
