Job Overview

:
As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to assist with project development, design, and documentation. You will play an essential role in the design process, from conceptualization through to project completion. You will be involved in the creation of architectural plans, 3D models, presentations, and coordinating with the team and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in the design and development of architectural plans and models for various projects. Support senior architects in conceptual design, project documentation, and preparation of construction drawings. Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively. Coordinate and collaborate with other design professionals, contractors, and consultants. Research building codes, materials, and construction methods to support design solutions. Attend site visits and meetings to observe construction progress and address design-related concerns. Translates sketches and visuals into working drawings Development and Production of drawing packges for differenr project stages Assist in producing BOQ and Specification books

Requirements

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, 3D Max). Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods. Good knowledge of building codes and regulations. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. A portfolio showcasing previous academic projects or professional work (if available) is required.

Preferred Skills

:

Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray). Strong knowledge in producing working drawings and details Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana, or similar). Proficiency in autocad and sketch-up

Office Timings

: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
