Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports. Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations in the UAE.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing support and contributing to discussions.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design within the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
