Your Main Tasks

Technical Sales Support

: Assist the sales team in selecting tower crane systems, configurations, and layout drawings to meet customer requests in GCC and Asian markets.

Customer Assistance

: Help customers evaluate tower crane configurations, including loading, climbing sequences, and load calculations.

Special Installations

: Analyze and draft solutions for non-standard tower crane installations not covered by standard documentation.

Damage & Repair Guidance

: Provide assessments and repair procedures for damaged cranes or unique circumstances.

Service Support

: Assist the service team with evaluations and guidance on tower crane applications, including legacy models where applicable.

Documentation

: Prepare assembly/disassembly procedures, configuration sheets, drawings, and reports to support the WOLFFKRAN product line.

Data Management

: Support data entry and maintenance in Teamcenter PLM or similar systems for current and legacy cranes.

Your Profile

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

Experience

: Minimum 2 years of experience in the tower crane or construction industry. Familiarity with mechanical systems and reading engineering drawings is required. Preparing method statements

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in 2D CAD and 3D solid modelling software (ideally AutoCAD; knowledge of Navis works and Solid edge would be advantageous ) Understanding of tower crane components and applications.

Soft Skills

: Accuracy, reliability, and flexibility in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently with guidance while following company procedures.

Language Skills

: Fluency in English (required). Arabic and/or German proficiency is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

: Willingness to travel up to 30% (national and international). Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business dealings. Analytical mindset with a results-driven attitude.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in a multicultural business environment. Basic knowledge of weld procedures or structural analysis (e.g., Eurocodes, FEM). Familiarity with PLM systems like Teamcenter.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
