Situation Vacant: Accounts Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support accounting operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and smooth financial processes.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
• Support the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
